Mr Paint Lanka (pvt) Ltd is a growing automotive service center located in the heart of Colombo. We are committed to providing high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance services. To support our growth, we are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to take on the dual role of Workshop Manager and Service Advisor.

 

The Role

 

This is a key leadership position responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our workshop while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will manage the day-to-day activities of the service floor and act as the primary point of contact for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all workshop operations, including scheduling, job allocation, and workflow management for technicians.
  • Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and accurately document them on repair orders.
  • Provide professional advice, cost estimates, and timelines for repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and perform final inspections.
  • Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, motivation, and support.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to lead our team.

Required:

  • A minimum of 03 years of proven experience in the automobile or automotive repair field is mandatory.
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Preferred:

  • Professional qualifications or technical certifications in automobile technology or a related field will be a significant advantage.
