Key Responsibilities

As a Purchasing Executive, you will be responsible for the seamless flow of supplies across multiple departments. Your core duties will include:

  • End-to-End Procurement: Managing purchasing for F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.

  • Sourcing & Negotiation: Finding reliable suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

  • Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate purchase records and overseeing inventory levels.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with hotel teams and warehouse staff to monitor and fulfill supply needs.

  • Compliance: Ensuring all purchasing activities align with company procedures and budget controls.

  • Vendor Management: Building and maintaining long-term, professional relationships with vendors and service providers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Part qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years in a similar role. Experience in hospitality industry procurement is a significant advantage.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.

  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, coordination, and record-keeping abilities.

  • Attributes: High level of organization, ability to meet strict deadlines, and excellent communication/reporting skills.
