About the Role

As the Executive Chef, you will be the driving force behind our culinary team. You will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction through innovative menu planning and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Kitchen Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the kitchen staff to maintain a collaborative and efficient working environment.

  • Menu Planning: Design and execute creative menus that cater to diverse guest preferences while maintaining cost efficiency.

  • Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet top-notch quality, taste, and presentation standards.

  • Safety & Hygiene: Uphold strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards in compliance with industry regulations.
