Lotus Leaf Restaurant (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure excellence in our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Operations Management: Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.

Team Leadership: Manage staff, create duty rosters, and monitor employee performance.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and exceptional customer service.

Guest Relations: Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints.

Financial & Supply Chain: Monitor inventory levels, manage costs, and coordinate with suppliers.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Requirements

Experience: Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations and cost control.

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs.

Education: A qualification in Hospitality will be considered a significant advantage.
