Vision Care Optical Services (PVT) LTD is looking for a dedicated and organized Course Coordinator to join our team at the Mount Lavinia Academy. This is a full-time role focused on managing non-academic operations and ensuring excellence in institutional compliance.

Role Overview

As the Course Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the smooth administrative functioning of the Academy. You will bridge the gap between academic and non-academic teams, ensuring all processes meet national and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Coordinate non-academic operations, including TVEC, ISO, and QMS processes.

  • Student Administration: Handle all administrative matters specifically related to TVEC courses.

  • Accreditation Support: Assist in preparing and arranging documentation for institutional and subject reviews for degree accreditation.

  • Internal Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between academic staff and administrative departments.

  • Continuous Improvement: Support and implement quality improvement initiatives within the Academy.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience in academic administration or course coordination is a significant advantage.

  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of quality management (QMS) and accreditation processes.

  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

  • Attributes: Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines while remaining detail-oriented and proactive.
