Key Responsibilities
As a Secretarial Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative operations. Key tasks include:

Administrative Support: Managing correspondence, phone calls, emails, and internal coordination.

Documentation: Proficiency in typing and preparing letters, reports, briefs, and official documents.

Time Management: Managing calendars, appointments, and meetings with timely follow-ups.

Organization: Maintaining well-organized physical and digital filing systems.

Meeting Coordination: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and recording/distributing minutes.
Key Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.

Education: Possess an NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in secretarial practices/typing.

Experience: At least 01 year of experience as a secretary or typist in a reputed institution (including internship periods).

Age: Should be below 35 years as of the closing date of applications.

Language and Typing proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil and English.

High level of Confidentiality & Integrity.

Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills.

Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email).
Remuneration & Contract Details

Monthly Allowance: An all-inclusive monthly allowance of Rs. 55,000/-.

Selection Process: Shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview.

Appointment: On a contract basis with annual performance evaluations.
