Job Role: HR Executive

As an HR Executive at Tastyy, you will manage day-to-day human resource operations, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth HR processes. You will work closely with internal teams to handle employee relations and support management in fostering an engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.

  • Employee Engagement: Help organize and execute employee engagement activities and events.

  • Record Management: Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and legal files.

  • Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

  • Special Projects: Participate in HR projects and other initiatives as assigned.

  • Internal Communication: Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred), Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or coordination roles.

  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attributes: Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
