🎯 Key Responsibilities

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between management and employee relations while aligning HR practices with overall business objectives. Your core duties will include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative HR strategies and initiatives that directly align with the corporate business strategy.

  • Talent Acquisition: End-to-end management of the recruitment and selection process to secure top-tier industry talent.

  • Employee Relations: Address employee requests, queries, and concerns regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations efficiently.

  • Grievance Handling: Manage conflict resolution and properly oversee employee complaints and grievance procedures.

  • Payroll Assistance: Assist the finance team in payroll preparation by delivering accurate and timely data (including tracking absences, bonuses, and leaves).

  • Business Alignment: Continuously evaluate and align HR strategies to ensure they support evolving organizational goals.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following academic and professional qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or professional certifications such as CQHRM, CIHRM, DPHRM, or an equivalent qualification in a related field.

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or a similar role (experience within the garment/apparel sector is a plus).

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and hands-on familiarity with modern HR systems and software.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership capabilities with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
