In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication between our patients and the hospital, while driving excellent customer service standards.

## Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center Supervisor / Executive at Ceylon Hospital, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound & Outbound Management: Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally and courteously.

  • Patient Care Coordination: Efficiently manage patient appointments, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide call center staff to meet and exceed performance targets.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor call quality to ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained.

  • Reporting: Prepare operational reports and coordinate directly with hospital management.

## Key Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience working in a call center or BPO environment is required.

  • Leadership Skills: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal leadership skills.

  • Performance Management: Proven ability to manage targets, team productivity, and quality standards.

  • Problem Solving: Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities under pressure.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Call Center KPIs and daily operations is highly advantageous.
