## Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Supervisor / Executive at Ceylon Hospital, your daily responsibilities will include:

Inbound & Outbound Management: Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally and courteously.

Patient Care Coordination: Efficiently manage patient appointments, inquiries, and complaints.

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide call center staff to meet and exceed performance targets.

Quality Assurance: Monitor call quality to ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained.

Reporting: Prepare operational reports and coordinate directly with hospital management.
## Key Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Industry Experience: Previous experience working in a call center or BPO environment is required.

Leadership Skills: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role.

Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal leadership skills.

Performance Management: Proven ability to manage targets, team productivity, and quality standards.

Problem Solving: Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities under pressure.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Call Center KPIs and daily operations is highly advantageous.
