Overview

SRG Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is hiring a Quality Controller / Data Entry Operator for its Mahiyanganaya Farm. SRG is backed by DSI Tyres and grows mango, guava, banana and dragon fruit for the local market and for export. The company started in 2000 and runs two farms with nearly 250 employees.

You will record and maintain production, quality control and dispatch data in the banana packing plant, so inventory, traceability and reporting always have current records.

Responsibilities

  • Enter daily production, quality and dispatch data
  • Keep accurate records of raw material intake, packaging usage and final product dispatch
  • Check data accuracy with supervisors and production staff
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports requested by management
  • Document inspection and grading results for the quality control team
  • Help generate labels, packing lists and export documentation

Requirements

  • GCE A/L or an equivalent qualification (a qualification in administration or a related field is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data management systems
  • Experience in manufacturing, packing or agriculture preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
  • Candidates living in Mahiyangana, Kandy, Polonnaruwa and Anuradhapura get preference
