Lyceum Day Care is hiring Child Care Assistants for its Yakkala, Wattala, Kohuwala and Nugegoda centres. The advertisement does not give a closing date. Duties
- Keep children safe and look after their well-being at all times
- Plan and supervise educational and recreational activities
- Manage and guide team members to meet daily objectives
- Communicate with parents, staff and management
- Work full time
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with children or in a similar setting
- Leadership and team management ability
- Patience, empathy and problem-solving skills
- Basic organisational and time management skills
- Certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education or Day Care Management
