Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote financial products and services.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and digital content.
Support the organization and execution of promotional events, customer engagement programs, and outreach activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain marketing databases and prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and customer feedback.
Liaise with external vendors, media, and agencies when required.
Contribute to brand awareness initiatives and ensure consistency with company standards.

Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong communication and writing skills in English and Sinhala.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.
Highly organized, creative, and proactive with strong teamwork skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
