Key Responsibilities:

As a Cashier cum Receptionist, you will play a crucial dual role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your duties will include:

• Customer Service: Warmly greet all customers and provide excellent, professional service from the moment they enter.
• Transaction Management: Operate the cash register with precision, handling payments, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Front-Desk Operations: Manage the checkout area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Payment Processing: Handle various forms of payment and process transactions efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for a candidate who is a perfect blend of professional and personable.

• Educational Background: Advanced Level (A/L) and relevant Certificate level qualifications.
• Experience: Previous experience in a cashier or customer-facing service role is highly advantageous.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Attitude: A positive attitude, a strong sense of team spirit, and a proactive approach to work.
• Flexibility: Must have the ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
