Duties

  • Keep children safe and look after their well-being at all times
  • Plan and supervise educational and recreational activities
  • Manage and guide team members to meet daily objectives
  • Communicate with parents, staff and management
  • Work full time

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with children or in a similar setting
  • Leadership and team management ability
  • Patience, empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Basic organisational and time management skills
  • Certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education or Day Care Management
