Customer Service Assistant – Service Centers

The position holder will be responsible for contribution to the successful achievement of service center KPIs, customer handling & ensuring effectiveness of front office operations.
Personal Profile
- Passed Advanced Levels and, passed Ordinary Levels with “Credit passes” for Mathematics and English.
- A minimum of 01 year experience in a similar role
- Knowledge on ERP will be an added advantage.
- Effective communication skills & IT skills
- Passionate about customer service
- An energetic and motivated go-getter
Job Profile
- Customer product inspection and creation of repair jobs.
- Resolving customer complaints, issuing replacements, refunds or trade-in discounts as needed.
- Providing quotations, invoicing and follow up on shop and customer debtors.
- Contributing to the successful achievement of service center KPIs
