Overview

IML Delivery Systems (Pvt) Ltd (Citypak) is hiring a Data Entry Operator in Rathnapura. Citypak runs island-wide domestic delivery and belongs to the Hayleys Advantis Group, the transportation, logistics and aviation arm of Hayleys PLC.

Responsibilities

  • Update the internal system daily within the scheduled time frame
  • Update and sort Proof of Delivery (POD) records on time
  • Track the billing gap, follow up on root causes and email the relevant parties
  • Follow up with customers and maintain files, coordinating with internal and external teams
  • Support invoice generation
  • Check package scanning and traceability
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 3 passes at GCE Advanced Level
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a courier company or last-mile delivery is an added advantage
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply
