Red Duck Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is a diversified organization specializing in innovative technology and immersive VR-based projects. We are committed to strong financial governance and sustainable growth and are currently seeking a dedicated Finance Executive to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of the organization through the following tasks:

  • Accounting Maintenance: Maintain accurate accounting records, general ledgers, and perform bank reconciliations.

  • Transaction Management: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.

  • Financial Planning: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

  • Statutory Compliance: Handle statutory payments and submissions including VAT, PAYE, EPF/ETF, and NBT (where applicable).

  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure full compliance with Sri Lankan accounting and tax regulations.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.

  • Internal Controls: Support internal controls, audits, and financial documentation.

  • Management Support: Provide financial support and analysis to management as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.

  • Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka / CIMA / ACCA is highly advantageous.

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and local tax regulations.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • The ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
