We are excited to offer an opportunity for ambitious graduates to begin their careers with us through our structured Graduate Trainee Programme in the Planning division.

 

The Programme: Your Path to Leadership

 

This is an intensive 12-month training programme based in Kandy, designed to discover and nurture the high potential of ambitious graduates. You will gain invaluable hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the apparel industry.

What You Will Experience:

  • Structured Training: A tailored curriculum focused on developing your skills in planning, management, and operational excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Exposure: Rotate through different departments to understand the end-to-end manufacturing process.
  • Challenging Assignments: Work on real-world projects that will stretch your abilities and build your confidence.
  • Career Progression: Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be eligible for a promotion to an Executive Cadre position, putting you on a fast track in your career.

 

We Are Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

 

We are seeking young, dynamic, and career-driven individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or Business Administration from an accredited university or professional institution.
  • Age: Below 28 years.
  • Essential Skills:
    • Strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
    • The ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Added Advantage:
    • A proven track record in extracurricular activities.
    • Any prior work experience will be considered a plus.
