Head of Finance | eChannelling (by SLT-MOBITEL)

eChannelling, a subsidiary of SLT-MOBITEL, is looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Finance to drive financial strategy, planning, and compliance while supporting sustainable growth.

The Role

As the Head of Finance, you will provide strategic leadership across all financial functions. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate growth.

  • Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance monitoring.

  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements are met.

  • Sustainability & Cash Flow: Manage working capital and funding to support business sustainability.

  • Risk Management: Lead financial controls, risk management, and internal audit processes.

  • Business Partnership: Partner with senior management to guide strategic expansion and efficiency.

  • Team Development: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is a significant advantage.

  • Professional Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include CA, ACCA, or CIMA.

  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.

  • Industry Background: Prior experience in Healthcare, Digital Platforms, or Service-oriented organizations is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance frameworks.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and lead teams through strategic growth.
