Job Overview & Locations

We are offering immediate hiring for island-wide opportunities. We are looking for candidates in the following regions:

• Central & North: Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Jaffna, Trincomalee.

• Western & Southern: Colombo, Negombo, Panadura, Gampaha, Galle, and the Deep Down South.

Salary and Benefits

ERC International provides a competitive compensation package designed to reward your hard work:

• Monthly Salary: LKR 45,000 – 65,000.

• Bike Allowance: LKR 10,000 – 20,000.

• Fuel Card: Provided by the company.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Open to All: We welcome freshers and A/L students.

• Essential License: A valid bike license is mandatory.

• Skills: Strong communication skills and a willingness to travel.

• Experience: Prior sales experience or an interest in Client Success Management is a plus.
