IML Delivery Systems (Pvt) Ltd (Citypak), a subsidiary of Hayleys Advantis, provides trusted, island-wide domestic delivery solutions. We are currently seeking energetic, hardworking, and result-oriented candidates to join our team for a 6-month internship.

Job Responsibilities (Assisting With):

As a Customer Experience Intern, you will gain hands-on corporate experience by assisting our team with:

  • Handling customer queries and providing high-quality customer support.

  • Maintaining good customer relationships to uphold brand loyalty.

  • Keeping accurate records of customer conversations and resolving issues by providing strong, effective solutions.

  • Updating customer data efficiently within the company’s information systems.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

We are looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • GCE O/L: Minimum of 6 ‘Credit’ passes, including Mathematics and English.

  • GCE A/L: A minimum of 3 passes.

  • Language Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Sinhala.

  • Tech Savvy: Computer literacy with a solid knowledge of MS Office packages.

  • School Leavers: Energetic school leavers are highly encouraged to apply!
