## Key Responsibilities

As a Production Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing excellence. Your core duties will include:

  • Production Coordination: Managing and coordinating all production activities, including Manufacturing and Washing departments.

  • Planning: Developing and executing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

  • Team Leadership: Providing guidance and direction to the production team to achieve set goals while maintaining high quality standards.

  • KPI Management: Monitoring and assessing production processes to ensure all team KPIs are met consistently.

  • Operational Excellence: Utilizing sound knowledge of Industrial Engineering (IE) and Planning to optimize workflow.

## Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the apparel sector.

  • Expertise: Functional expertise in Production, Finishing, and Washing plants within a leading apparel company.

  • Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of IE (Industrial Engineering), Quality, Planning, and Lean Concepts (STW, Kaizen, etc.).

  • Education: A Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology or a related field.

  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent team player mentality, and the ability to thrive under pressure to meet tight targets.
