Role Overview
As a Junior Executive in Motor Claims, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless claims experience for our clients. You will be responsible for processing claims, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Claims Processing: Assist in the end-to-end processing and settling of motor insurance claims.

Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between customers, garages, surveyors, and internal departments to expedite claim resolutions.

Record Management: Maintain meticulous records and proactively follow up on all pending claims.

Compliance & Verification: Rigorously verify claim documents to ensure full compliance with company policies.

Customer Support: Provide timely, empathetic, and professional updates to customers throughout the claims journey.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity within the insurance sector.

Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of motor claims settlement processes and procedures.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
