About the role
The Junior Recovery Executive supports the recovery team in managing overdue accounts and making sure collections arrive on time. The job includes talking to clients to agree payments, keeping accurate records and helping with recovery processes.
What you will do
- Monitor and manage the Collection Efficiency Ratio for each age category so it meets budgeted targets
- Monitor and follow up on impairment provisioning to meet IFRS 9 requirements
- Prepare and present reports on collection efficiency and bad debt provisioning to senior management
- Keep accurate records and documentation of collection activities
Requirements
- GCE Advanced Level qualification
- Three years of working experience in the recovery field
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- A valid driving license
