Management Associate – Branding (Senior Executive Level)

Universal Outsourcing & Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Management Associate – Branding for a reputed client company within the educational sector based in Colombo.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Executive in Branding, you will be responsible for enhancing the institution’s visibility and presence through the following:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with schools to increase institutional awareness.

  • Outreach & Presentations: Coordinate school visits, outreach programs, and presentations to promote academic offerings.

  • Digital Brand Management: Manage target audience communication across digital platforms to drive engagement and positive brand perception.

  • Social Media Strategy: Support digital marketing initiatives to strengthen the institution’s online presence.

  • Marketing Execution: Assist in planning internal and external marketing activities, including campaigns and content development.

  • Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a unified brand voice across all channels.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in a related field.

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within the educational sector is highly advantageous.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and time-management abilities.

  • Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
