What You Will Do

 

Our Management Trainee program is designed to provide you with a holistic view of our business operations. You will:

• Go through a structured, cross-functional training program.
• Gain hands-on experience and exposure to key departments including:
  • Pre-Press & Design
  • Planning & Procurement
  • Production & Quality Assurance
  • Commercial & Despatch
  • Enterprise systems including SAP ERP.
• Develop a deep understanding of the interdependencies between different functions.
• Acquire the crucial business perspective needed for a successful career in management.

 

Who We Are Looking For

 

We are seeking high-potential candidates who are ready to learn and grow with us. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry from a recognized university.
• Essential Skills:

  • A strong sense of commitment and a high concern for quality.
