- Valid Sri Lanka Nursing Council (SLNC) registration or PHSRC registration
- 5 years or more of clinical experience
- Currently employed at Nawaloka Hospital
- Previous teaching experience is an advantage
- Able to prepare professional presentations, use multimedia and create digital learning materials
- Confident, engaging and student-centred teaching style
- English medium or bilingual preferred
