Javana Graphics (Pvt.) Limited, an ISO-certified leader in manufacturing educational toys and stationery under the renowned “Panther” brand, is seeking a results-driven Production Coordinator to join our team in Ratmalana.
Role Overview
As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing unit, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met consistently through meticulous reporting and supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Record Keeping: Collect and maintain accurate production and quality control records.

Operational Supervision: Supervise daily production workflows to achieve specific output and quality targets.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding production efficiency and quality metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education: A Degree, Technological background, NVQ qualification, or G.C.E. A/L completion.

Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for reporting) and strong report preparation skills.

Age: Candidates should be below 35 years of age.
