  • Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

  • Location: Ja-Ela, Sri Lanka

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following academic and professional credentials:

  • Education: HND / NCT / NDT / NVQ Level 4 in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent professional qualification.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in quantity surveying.

  • Specialization: Previous experience in Interior Construction and Furniture QS is highly advantageous.

  • Technical Skills: * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Package.

    • Strong technical aptitude for computer systems and modern QS software.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
