Meezan Group of Companies is looking for a well-presented and friendly Receptionist to manage our front office in Colombo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

  • Communication: Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

  • Information: Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Administration: Maintain visitor records and appointments.

  • Mail Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Support: Provide general administrative support to management.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

  • Languages: Good communication skills in Tamil, Sinhala, and English.

  • Professionalism: Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

  • Technical: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Age Limit: 20 – 35 years.
