Meezan Group of Companies is looking for a well-presented and friendly Receptionist to manage our front office in Colombo.
Key Responsibilities

Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Communication: Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

Information: Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.

Administration: Maintain visitor records and appointments.

Mail Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Support: Provide general administrative support to management.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Languages: Good communication skills in Tamil, Sinhala, and English.

Professionalism: Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

Technical: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Age Limit: 20 – 35 years.
