Job Opportunity: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Operations
Sterling Automobiles Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a premier automotive service provider in Sri Lanka since 2007, is looking for ambitious professionals to join our growing team. We specialize in vehicle repairs, detailing, and after-sales excellence.
This role is based at our Nugegoda Branch.
Key Responsibilities

Workflow Management: Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.

Customer Service Excellence: Supervise bookings, inquiries, and complaints to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Coordination: Liaise with workshops, branches, and the Head Office for the seamless execution of after-sales and service operations.

Quality & Reporting: Monitor service quality, ensure compliance with company standards, and prepare performance reports for management.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency, productivity, and service standards.

Team Leadership: Supervise and guide junior operational staff to maintain consistent performance.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in operations or administrative management (experience in a customer service-oriented industry is preferred).

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Proficiency: Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office; willingness to learn CRM tools.

Mindset: A team-oriented professional with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
