About the Role
As our Senior Executive for Talent Development, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategies that enhance employee skills, drive performance, and boost overall engagement. You will be responsible for the entire talent development lifecycle, from training needs analysis to executing recognition programs.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify skill gaps.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain accurate training records.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
Performance & Engagement:
- Support the goal-setting and appraisal processes.
- Track and analyze performance data to provide actionable insights.
- Facilitate performance calibration sessions to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Coach managers on handling performance-related matters effectively.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote recognition and motivation programs.
- Contribute to strategies that enhance the overall employee experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern performance management tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
