Job Opportunity: Stores Executive at Mega Heaters (Pvt) Ltd

Mega Heaters Group, a pioneer in the heating industry in Sri Lanka since 1977, is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Stores Executive. With a diverse portfolio ranging from industrial heating elements to stainless steel fabrications and international operations in Qatar, we offer a growth-oriented environment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

As a Stores Executive, you will be responsible for the general control of all activities within our stores department. Your core duties will include:

  • Stock Management: Maintaining and updating stocks in hand.

  • Documentation: Preparing Good Receive Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes (MI), and maintaining proper warehouse documentation.

  • Verification: Verifying goods against packing lists to ensure accuracy.

  • Planning: Assisting the Store Manager in the preparation of delivery plans.

  • Reporting: Performing regular stock checks, updating reports with accurate data, and generating inventory level/stock movement reports.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a knowledgeable and competent professional who meets the following criteria:

  • Education: Successfully passed GCE A/L.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity is a significant advantage.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office and Accounting software packages.

  • Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

  • Age/Gender: Male candidate aged below 35.
