DCSL Breweries Lanka Limited (formerly HEINEKEN Lanka Limited) has operated in Sri Lanka since 1994. Its brands include Heineken, Tiger and Anchor, along with the local brands DCSL, Bison and Aliya. The company is hiring a Territory Manager for Batticaloa.

What you will do

  • Meet the set KPIs for the territory, including sales targets and numeric goals
  • Drive and support depot operations in the territory
  • Drive PICOS in the territory
  • Manage customer relationships using trade and consumer initiatives
  • Build a “fit for fight” sales team that can face competition and market demands
  • Give quality inputs and market insights to management for decision making

What we are looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • 3-5 years of experience in a field sales role
  • Understanding of the FMCG or alco-bev industry is an added advantage
  • Diploma in sales or marketing (not mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing teams is an added advantage
  • A challenger mentality with the ability to think asymmetrically
  • Mobility to work from any location in the country
