We are currently seeking a dedicated, highly experienced Safety Officer to join our team and uphold our strict commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Safety Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a hazard-free work environment across our construction sites. Your duties will include:

  • Enforcing safety policies and protocols strictly on-site.

  • Conducting safety training and proactive awareness programs for all personnel.

  • Collaborating closely with engineers, supervisors, and project teams to mitigate risks.

  • Inspecting project sites regularly to identify and evaluate potential hazards.

  • Preparing comprehensive incident/accident reports following any site events.

  • Recommending corrective actions and continuous improvements for site safety.

  • Ensuring full compliance with OSHA and internal company safety standards.

  • Fostering a culture of safe work practices across all cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (CIDA or equivalent certification).

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven experience specifically in construction safety.

  • Skills: Strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) knowledge paired with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

  • Traits: A proactive team player dedicated to promoting safe work practices.

  • Preferred Quality: Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is highly preferred.

  • Demographics: Male candidates, aged between 35–45 years.
