Overview
DFCC Bank PLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for SME, Business Banking Propositions and Customer Engagement. The role works with the Regional Business Development and SME team.
Responsibilities
- Drive Business Banking assets and liabilities, coordinating with the Regional Business Development and SME team
- Grow Business Banking propositions to meet allocated targets
- Create cross-selling opportunities to bring in additional income
- Monitor Business Banking segments, benefits, Business Cards and website leads
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, workshops and stakeholder engagement programs
- Work with external partners to support customer growth and business facilitation
- Develop monthly business bulletins and support new product development
- Look for opportunities in branch catchment areas to promote Business Banking products
Requirements
- Part qualification in DABF, Diploma in Insurance, CIM or an equivalent qualification. A completed Diploma, HND or Degree is preferred
- Strong Business Banking knowledge
- Excellent communication, time management, multitasking and attention to detail
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Business Banking operations, products and customer service
