Overview

David Pieris Motor Company (Lanka) Limited, a member of the David Pieris Group, is hiring Management Trainees for its Vehicle Sales team. Trainees get hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, business development and dealership operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field from a recognized university
• Part or full professional qualification in CIM, SLIM or a related discipline is a definite advantage
• Strong interest in sales, customer relationship management and business development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• A valid driving license is an added advantage
• A degree with a class, involvement in extracurricular or social activities, leadership roles and sports achievements (including Colours) are added advantages
