Seylan Bank is hiring a Relationship Manager / Relationship Executive for Priority Banking. Applications go by email within 7 days of the advertisement.

Duties

  • Bring in new High Net-Worth (HNW) relationships and keep service standards and customer satisfaction high
  • Meet set financial targets, track actual performance and take timely action on shortfalls
  • Help plan and carry out cross-selling and up-selling strategies
  • Maintain the customer portfolio and the profile of Elite clients while following compliance policies and KYC
  • Build the confidence of high net-worth clients and a positive view of the bank
  • Take an active part in unit operations to secure a positive audit rating

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 to 8 years in a bank, with exposure to branch banking and relationship management
  • Full or part qualification in Finance, Marketing or Banking, or a recognised degree in Management
  • Solid knowledge of competitors, the industry and the changing regulatory framework, with emphasis on KYC / AML compliance and internal banking operations
  • A team player with interpersonal skills and proficiency in English and Sinhala
